Baron Pitt of Cuckfield
EChristian Pitt
Baron Pitt of Cuckfield?
Lord Pitt of Cuckfield?
Lord of the Manor of Cokfeld?
Lord of the Manor of Cuckfield?
What do all these titles have in common?
They are all invalid titles sold by the notorious Manorial Counsel company with its equally notorious director, Kevin Norris. With at least one notice submitted to the Official Gazette fraudulently by Hattons solicitors.
Now Christian Pitt, should know better as he likes to point out that he is a trainee barrister. He thinks that he can throw his weight around with legal threats??? He is going to learn a harsh lesson in legal matters after his threats to our client.
Just a little research of Manorial Counsel and Kevin Norris would have alerted him to a scam. Just a little research would have uncovered a court case where Hatton solicitors legal documents were tested and failed miserably.
He initially advised Christian Pitt to contact Michael Baxendale of Newhall Solicitors for advice on the validity of his titles, however, Christian Pitt is too ignorant and full of himself to do that. He thinks that he has more legal experience than Michael Baxendale who is the UK's leading lawyer in manorial law, I may add, he has been 100% successful in claiming money back for duped clients of Manorial Counsel Ltd.
Yes, Christian Pitt bought the fake titles from Manorial Counsel.
As a trainee barrister one would think that he would know that it is illegal to use the title of baron before his name and it is illegal to use the title of Lord before one's name as both denote peerage titles, of which they are not. Peerage titles cannot be bought nor sold. So, he is grossly misleading people with his false pretences of title.
None of these titles hold a complete set of deeds. Therefore, none should be registered on the Official Gazette.
He needs to contact the office of Michael Baxendale of Newhall solicitors. Then he needs to publicly apologise to me and take down his misleading website and desist from using these titles.
We will pass all the evidence and details to the Law Society.
Only a title which holds a checkable full set of deeds of previous owners and up to the current owner can potentially own or claim manorial waste ground. He does not possess a full title. He doesn't possess a title at all as there was never a Barony of Cuckfield. His website leaves much to be desired. Take a look:https://www.cpitt.co.uk/cuckfieldooc He has the audacity to stake claim to large areas of waste ground????. He has absolutely no rights whatsoever over any potential waste ground, let alone defraud people with costs of placing advertising boards on land he has no rights over. Most manorial waste ground has been converted to common land. Land for the people. Waste ground was originally for the use of peasants to graze their animals. We will be sending a full report on him to the Law Society and The Bar.
He is a fraud and not worthy of being a trainee barrister.
All the manorial waste grounds are owned. Here is the link to the national Archives which proves this:
Lease for term of 1000 years, at an annual rent of one peppercorn, in consideration of 5s. 0d., from (a) John Warden of Cuckfield, gentleman, Lord of the manor of Heyworth and Trubweek, to (b) Francis Warden of Cuckfield, his son. | The National Archives
This alone proves that Christian Pitt, the trainee barrister is a fraud
