Fake Barony Titles

****** The Royal Warrant of Edward VII of 8th February 1910 states:

"no person whose name is not entered on the Official Roll shall be received as a Baronet, or shall be addressed or mentioned by that title in any civil or military Commission, Letters Patent or official document".

This listing is of individuals who are using titles of nobility without any legal right to do so. Why anyone would want to do this and be content with giving others a continuous fictitious story is sad.

However, some individuals do this in order to convince others of respectability. Ask yourself? Can anyone be respected for using a fake title or a title to which they have no legal right? It's misleading and untruthful. Therefore, can that person be trusted?

Such titles have been purchased from companies/platforms that have no legal right to sell them as genuine. They are in name only and certainly do not fall within the realms of genuine titles

Holders of genuine Baronetcies who have died, but in each case, upto 31st December 2022, no person has proved succession and thus Baronetcies are either "Dormant"

(Baronet died in 2007 or earlier) or "Vacant (Baronet died in 2018 or later)

There has to be a prove-able succession in order to claim a Dormant or Vacant title, and as of yet, no one has been able to do that.

(extract from the Official Baronetage Roll)

This list contains titles of nobility including, Baron, Earl and Lord.

THE LISTING IS IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER OF THE "PLACE NAME" FIRST

BOXTED. BARON OF BOXTED

FERDINAND JAMES ODROWAZ de LORENZZI

He does not have any legal claim over this extinct title that was sold to him by Graham John Fothergill of Noble Titles. He has been defrauded. Fothergill did not have any legal claim over this title to sell it. No doubt, he sold it as genuine. Which it is not. A succession has to be proved and as the name is not on the Official Baronetage Roll the title is null and void.

CUCKFIELD. BARON OF CUCKFIELD

BARON PITT OF CUCKFIELD

This is another fictitious title sold by the equally despicable company being manorial Counsel Ltd (AKA Kevin Norris) and with a notice submitted to the Official Gazette fraudulently by the companies equally despicable solicitors, Hattons. It is illegal to use the title of Baron before one's name, as in doing so that denotes the title to be a peerage title, which it is not.

****** The Royal Warrant of Edward VII of 8th February 1910 states:

"no person whose name is not entered on the Official Roll shall be received as a Baronet, or shall be addressed or mentioned by that title in any civil or military Commission, Letters Patent or official document".

In addition, the following titles are also fictitious. We strongly advise the unwitting purchaser to seek legal advice. Manorial Counsel and Hattons solicitors are under investigation.

Michael Baxendale, a leading lawyer in manorial law, will testify that every word in this file is 100% accurate.

LORD OF THE MANOR OF CUKFELD

LORD OF THE MANOR OF CUCKFIELD

LORD PITT OF CUCKFIELD

ARE ALL INVALID TITLES.

The questionable holder, Christian Pitt, has no legal rights over any of these titles. We suggest he claims his money back from Manorial Counsel Ltd as we are going to take this issue further due to his actions against a client of ours.

EARLDOM OF HEREFORD. THE FEUDAL EARLDOM OF HEREFORD was conveyed to Nicolas Marie Antoine Maurel-Lalague, Baron of Curry Matel of Thouars, France on 15th June 2023…..by Manorial Counsel in a Gazette notice. THIS IS AN EXTINCT TITLE. Another Micky Mouse title sold by the Manorial Counsel to an unwitting customer. The title is in name only and nothing more than that. It is not a genuine title other than for the cloned name and is therefore completely worthless. Someone else has parted with a lot of money for their vanity.

EARL OF NORTHUMBRIA. 17th EARL OF NORTHUMBRIA

Kevin Norris (Manorial Counsel) 17th Earl of Northumbria

His name is not listed in any Earldom or peerage rolls. Therefore, he has no legal right to claim this title. We suspect he has adopted this title to give some respect to the Manorial Counsel's platform, however, it cannot give respect when he does not have a valid claim. He most certainly is not the 17th Earl of Northumbria and no argument relating to a solicitor or barrister underwriting new rights, is legally valid. No solicitor or barrister has the legal authority to apply new rights to an extinct title or to create a new title.

FOTHERGILL. BARON GRAHAM JOHN FOTHERGILL

His name is not listed on the Official Baronetage Roll, therefore he has no legal right to use this title and no legal right to place the title of Baron before his name. He is a complete Fraud.

LITTLE MOULTON. LORD BAKER OF LITTLE MOULTON

Russell Baker is not listed on any peerage rolls, therefore, he has no legal right to use the peerage title of Lord before his name.

In the UK, anyone can call themselves what they like, or many platforms will convince you that that is the case. That is not strictly the case. You CANNOT use any nobility title before your name such as Sir, Baron, Duke, Marquess, Earl or Lord unless you have a Letters Patent from the Crown giving you that title. It's an afront to those who have earned a genuine title through fair means. Russel Baker is a Fraud. He has a Facebook page and we hope that everyone who reads this will leave a suitable comment on his page. He is also listed as a Knight of Saint Thomas of Canterbury. He is a bad influence for such a respectable order.

There is plenty of media reports on this fake Lord on the internet:

https://edp24.co.uk/news/20637532.lord-not-lord-curious-case-lord-baker-little-moulton/

He needs to be discredited at every angle.

NEWMARCH. BARON OF NEWMARCH

Jörg (George) Hubert Dumke.

His name is not on the Official Baronetage Roll, therefore he does not have any legal right to

place the title of Baron before his name. He does not own the legal right to this title as he

bought the title from the Manorial Counsel which recreates and places new rights on dormant

titles. This is not a valid title as no one whether they are a Solicitor or Barrister, has the legal

right to re create or apply new rights to a title. Only the Crown can place new rights on a title

or create a new title.

NEWMARCH. BARONESS OF NEWMARCH

Regina Dumke Baroness of Newmarch.

As above she does not have any legal right to use this title. Her details are not listed on the Official Baronetage Roll. She has no legal claim whatsoever to this title.

NORTH CADBURY. BARON OF NORTH CADBURY.

Jörg (George) Hubert Dumke, 6th Baron of North Cadbury

He is not listed on the Official Baronetage Roll and therefore does not have any legal right to

place the title of Baron before his name. His title is not genuine because it was re created by

the Manorial Counsel. A title CANNOT be re created or new rights applied.

NORTH CADBURY. BARONESS OF NORTH CADBURY.

Regina Dumke 6th Baroness of North Cadbury.

She does not have ay legal right to this title. She is not listed on the Official Baronetage Roll, and therefore has no legal right to call herself a Baroness. She is not a Baroness and the title was sold to her husband by the Manorial Counsel company who only applies new rights to a dormant or extinct title. This is not legal irrespective of what they say.

Remember that when a title of nobility becomes dormant or extinct it returns to the Crown. It is not up for grabs by those like Fothergill and the Manorial Counsel. They have absolutely no legal right to claim any of these titles.

Titles, whether manorial or feudal, are only genuine titles when they come with a complete set of deeds, or at least the checkable location/archive of where those deeds are held. The title has to be sold/transferred by the current holder.

Lord of the Manor Titles which hold a complete set of deeds sell for prices from £8,000 upwards, often much higher.

Feudal Barony Titles which hold a complete set of deeds sell for in excess of £90,000

Manorial Counsel and other companies/platforms which sell titles do not sell genuine full titles as those titles cannot be purchased below the prices above.

Manorial Counsel ltd (AKA Kevin Norris) does not sell full titles which hold complete sets of deeds.

There is no law which enables a barrister or solicitor to apply new rights to a title. Only the Crown can do that. Manorial Counsel mislead viewers on their website by saying that a London Barrister has identified a way to reinstate manorial titles?????

If you were to ask Kevin Norris for a copy of this Barristers report, the answer will be "We can't give you that as it is intellectual property of our company"………There is not any intellectual property when it comes to 800-1000 year-old manorial titles. They cannot be reinstated. It is the title name that is being possessed and nothing more than that.

The Law Society and Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal have been given evidence. It is time that Manorial Counsel Ltd was shut down together with their website and Hattons solicitors struck off, and every notice on the Official Gazette submitted by Hattons solicitors on behalf of Manorial Counsel Ltd should be removed. Such notices undermine those titles which hold complete sets of deeds.
